Last April, as we prepared for the move across the country, I tried to find things to be excited about near our new home. Well, living close to Paris was something to be happy about, but one other thing I was looking forward to was visiting La Cueillette du Plessis, a farm nearby and also getting their weekly “basket” of fruits and vegetables. (I’m very thankful to Croque Camille for posting about this farm at just the right moment!)

Since the spring, we made many visits to the farm and I can honestly say it’s the next best thing to having your own garden. I just love picking my own vegetables and fruits and they are as fresh as it gets. The supermarkets look like a sad place to shop now…
